Grievance officer
Grievance Officer: Published before live checkout. Complaints can be sent to support@readystill.app or the customer care phone above. Include the purchase email, payment reference if relevant, and a plain-language description. Do not send sensitive screenshot content unless support explicitly requests it and you consent.
Consumer complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and targeted for resolution within one month of receipt. Payment-provider timing, bank processing, and a lawful records-retention requirement may affect the final completion date.
Security reports
Use the same support address with the subject “Security report.” Do not include live credentials, private keys, payment data, or another person's screenshot. ReadyStill does not offer a bug bounty unless a separate written program says otherwise.
